Appealing to the kids’ final allotted question...and the view of how much Rhela is melting for these kids. A sweet moment amidst so much chaos in their life... It’s nice to have a somewhat relaxing, heartfelt moment like this.
And with that said and done... Rhela joins the group to the ride for Mor Dhona, happily talking with and supporting Koharu and Yozan all the way there.

Ah, but before anyone can get anywhere...! Rhela’s attention is quickly caught by two excited children- Yohan and Koharu- to grill them over the details of being an adventurer. Although they cannot help but throw in a little memory of their own early days (to go whither the wild rose blooms), they answer straightforward after the fact...
And goodness, one should’ve seen the swaying of their tail! The joy! Kids are adorable and these ones... Beware, Hozan!! Rhela just might spoil them rotten yet!

And so, after a bit of a runaround, we finally run into the traveling party... A masked woman- Yugiri- and her people. Coming from the land of Doma, tired of Garlean shit (as we all are, understandably), and simply needing a place to exist. To care for their people while Doma is under Garlean hold.
Except... Despite how Nanamo would happily shelter the people, the rest of the more money-hungry side begs to differ. And so, Ul’dah has no place for the Domans to stay...but at least we have somewhere else, free of Alliance control.
Mor Dhona! So it’s time to move the people there.

Regardless of some bard, there is more to be done with Y’shtola and Thancred! Mainly checking in on some missing crystals... So much to do, what feels like not enough time to get it all done and handled.
...But Rhela and Ah’dan can at least find a moment to hang around Horizon, awaiting updates on the situation.
After that, it’s back to Alphinaud, who apparently needs our assistance for a thing...in Thanalan. Again. So much Thanalan in such a short time...

...There was a moment where a bard...a very familiar bard...tried to drag Rhela into shenanigans. Alas, then- and even now- such an idea remains unappealing.
(Bonus that I’ve since run Prae and Castrum into the ground for tomestones, so it’ll yet be a long while before I would think about trying this out...)

Of course, everyone’s ready to go into the Crystal Tower!! Well, that is...except Cid. Who insists everyone but Rhela, Ah’dan, and their chosen companions go into the Tower itself, to further deal with any potential traps and enemies that lay within. Clear it out for the rest of the gang to enter, so to speak.
G’raha, of course, was delighted by this idea and had nothing more to say about the matter... No, he was most disappointed in it all. The injustice!!! Sincerely, Rhela...felt pretty bad for him, too. He was so excited! He wanted to come with! Couldn’t he go with them into the Tower...? Rhela is a White Mage; he’d be alright!
(Alas, nobody won that argument. G’raha went back to the books, and Rhela would work with other adventurers to clear out the Tower.)

The walk up to the Crystal Tower...and taking down those statues! Erm, well... More accurately, taking down the barriers, but the statues falling were a worrying part of the whole matter.
Especially when the falling debris would get awfully close to the group!

And what’s a meeting if not to set up some pictures, huh...?
Especially because- despite Ah’dan’s misgivings in the beginning- it would soon turn out to be that between the three, conversations flowed easily. Laughter easily found, stories shared... One would think they weren’t new friends, met that very day and primarily bound to explore a tower of great import.
No... You would have thought them long lost friends, reunited at last.

...Did the voice say they’ll meet “sooner than you imagine”? What’s that supposed to mean?!
Questions that have to remain unanswered until back at Saint Coinach, where the....surprisingly simple weapons to break the Tower’s defenses are crafted. They’re so pretty, too! And...that familiar voice... A Miqo’te who jumps down with flashy ease...
So enters in a smug, yet charming character.

Thancred’s being weird again...but no! There’s no time to waste!
...What’s this about a Crystal Tower?
Though there’s probably more to do, Rhela and Ah’dan are quick to start helping out where they can; especially when Cid announces he’s joined the project, too! And gosh, if there ain’t a lot of work to be done just to get close to the thing...!
Though... A voice rings out, while Rhela is attempting to get aethersand... What’s going on here?
...Ah, well. While Ah’dan finishes up his work, Rhela does a bit of work on their own for the people! Nothing like a bit of calm work with the trees to--

Finding out not even Moogles are immune to the Masked Men at Your Location bait, realizing that....uh. Yup. Lalafell sure are short (went into first person mode by accident and. RIP Papalymo), and then got into a whole thing with a white-robed Ascian.
It’s been a week, alright. (Seriously, what is going on anymore?!)
At least the new location looks incredible... The Rising Stones is so nice! The stonework really brings something good out of the setup.
