I really like this. in reference to the painful manabase, mana confluences/city of brass might help with fixing, though not with the pain. My only other question is the infernal plunges. I get the reason, but it seems like there are so few spells that can use RRR that it loses a lot of value.

Oh and the card is altar's reap

this is my first take on a modern dredge deck

it might be better to take out the blue and replace the rusalka with more card draw and a few more dredgers and a less painful manabase, but this is where I’m starting. rusalka is both draw and creature sacrifice, both of which this deck needs. but maybe that “sacrifice a creature draw two cards” black spell (don’t remember the name) is good enough.
