It’s weird watching a Netflix show because you get used to how these things usually work. You see two male characters sharing long looks with each other:

And you automatically start bracing yourself for 12 seasons of queer baiting, with a few jokes and hints but never anything definite.

But then before you even get to the end of the episode:

And they’re just standing next to each other brushing their teeth, in their shared quarters, getting ready for bed together, because they’re a couple. No teasing, no “maybe we’ll do it” from the show’s marketing to try and increase ratings. Just, yep, they’re definitely an item.
