there is absolutely no reason for you to not get up right now and throw up every last bit of what you ate. you can’t just “start again tomorrow” are you a lazy sack of fat? are you? didn’t think so. get it out and chug some water you fat b!tch.

When you fast for so long finally your appetite gone, your hunger gone/came less frequently, burst of energy that actually drive me crazy I want to keep moving and use all the fat storage..
It wasn't easy to start, but it's worth it. I use the punishment strategy (is it what is called?) where i wear rubber band on my wrist and then i snap it whenever I thought of foods or eating, it helps. I forget to like the post, about the rubber band thing if any one know please dm me the link.

Models eat tissue or paper to fulfill hunger urges and stay thin!! it adds no nutritional value so you can deprive yourself as much as possible but still feel “full” hope this helps my cherubs xxxx
