- Fast for at least 2 days a week.
- No higher than 1100 calories a day.
- Drink 2 litres or more of water a day.
- Exercise at least 3 times a week.
- If you have to eat with someone, make sure you eat less than them.
- Set up a reward system. Allow yourself to buy things you really want when you’ve been strong.
- You’re allowed to eat 2000 calories on Christmas but ONLY on Christmas Day!
No one else can make you skinny. You have to do it.
