So we all know how sometimes our brain decides to “treat” ourselves to something that we wouldn’t normally eat.
A high calorie meal, a fear food, you name it
You feel like shit after and say “oh my god if I was actually an anorexic I wouldn’t have eaten that.”
How many “perfect” anorexics do you think are alive? not a lot of them, and the ones that are, are well on their way to an early grave.
That meal that you weren’t supposed to have might have helped your body make it to tomorrow, please don’t feel bad.
