The chair game where nothing really changes

Having worked in a few different companies up to this point, I've seen my share of organisation changes and reshuffles. Can't say that many of them really have had much of an influence on the day to day work. I suspect that the latest reshuffle will have much of an influence in the end either, but we'll see how it plays out this time when it actually gets announced.

Testing the new SwiftKey keyboard for android...

I think that it would take some learning just to type fluently with the keyboard, but it seems like this could be my default keyboard if it just had support for finnish. Really not sure if the predictive writing is the way for me to go, but I'll have to try out the new fast fire mode just to be sure :)

Maybe I'll know a bit more of my future pretty soon. Seems like I'll at least get some things cleared out before the end of next week.

By the way. I am working on some new stuff for the company. I hope to get something online as soon as possible for everyone to see.

I hope to get some better access to the machining centers as the students leave for their spring practice period at some local companies.

Now I just need to finish some of the plans that I've been working on lately. The problem is that I never seem to be happy with what I get done. Seems like I feel like I could always do a bit better. Damn perfectionism. In many cases the end result would be good if I'd just get started. :)

Why is it that i never seem to get anything done that I've planned for the evenings. Apparently I can think of millions of other things to do instead of the things that I really should do.

Hopefully I'll get something done before I fall asleep tonight. It's not like I'm going to run out of things to do anytime soon :) I wonder what a week in the middle of nowhere could do for my productivity... At least I could work on the most urgent things instead of the things that seem to appear in front of me out of nowhere.

PS. The SwiftKey keyboard really does kick ass when writing English. I hope that they'll get the finnish language pack done as soon as possible. I really could imagine myself using this to write some fast replies on the phone.

Things are heating up...

Now that my studies are almost done, it's time to turn up the heat. So many things that I need to get done before I truly can breathe easily.

Everything has to come to an end, so we can move forward.

The pain of choosing a new phone..

It seems like the phone of my dreams has still not been made. There are things with every phone that I have found that I dislike almost to ever point they are deal breakers.

The most interesting phones so far have been the HTC Desire HD and HD7. The smooth action of the windows phone and the solid decisions with the hardware make the phone really appealing. One of the best features on the phone was the camera. The only problem is the lack of programs for the os.

The Desire HD is basically based on the same hardware, but with the difference of a different os and some small differences in the hardware.

Juggling!

When you have too many things in your hands you'll probably be too busy trying not to drop them, that you won't get anything useful done with what you have.

Lesson learned... Less stuff... More thought behind them (:
