hey! i really really need someones advice on this. please. the edsupportforum isnt working and im about to freak out

SO

i usually do mis restriction -> i had an impromptu week of high restriction because reasons -> had half a week of mid-low restriction -> JUST had an impromptu binge (WAY over maintenance)

THE QUESTION IS

should i fast? would 2 days of low-low restriction/fasting do any good and what will even happen after such a binge?

plus keep in mind that i do fine on mid restriction. i dont have any urges usually. it was a party type of situation

i really hope someone provides an answer or perhaps tag someone who might give one.. :( :(
