presenting today in our study group on los pazos de ulloa, so i've been working on putting together a coherent presentation and going over my notes on the text. + a nice smelling candle and some tea my boyfriend made me <3

May 26th, 11:50 Quite a late start today, but it’s sunday and I definitely needed the extra sleep. Now I’m having some breakfast while I try to read on the influence of Japan on French art for my Contemporary Art exam that is coming up. Bonus: My cat staring into the void of existence.

23.9.21 | Reading about animal vulnerability for my English literature class.

🧪 19.02.2024 // I went to my 4 lectures this morning before going back home to study a bit (I also asked questions to my professor and I'm pretty happy about it ahah).

I ended up studying 3 more hours: I studied pharmacology and medchem and I'm happy because I managed to do (almost) all the things I had to do! I also had the results of an "optional course" I was in and they're great but I'll talk about it in another post :))

Moreover my parents came back from their trip and I decided to stay with them one more week. I know it's gonna be really tiring as I'll have to mask 24/7 but I don't have any better choice for the moment :// At least I'll be able to unmask when studying.

Anyway this explain why I'm pretty tired after this day ahah

I also did some groceries but nobody cares expect me ahahah

Holed up in a coffee shop with yeon-studies for a few hours (despite the weather) to whittle down seven annotated articles, two work write ups, a lecture video, spss stats output, stats chapter and group notes, my email inbox, & a melty mocha. Perhaps ‘twas the promise of bao that kept me focused.

I visited a friend in Norway last week, and brought some souvenirs back 📖☕️ I'm continuing my tradition of getting a book written by an author of the country I'm visiting, so I decided to pick this one!

Today I started to work on the paper I have to hand in in March. It's only 25 pages and rather practical. Feels like a walk in the park compared to the PhD. Still, a walk which I don't want to be on and which takes longer than I wished. I don't feel motivated at all, I just want to sleep and do nothing for a while...
