Everything is the same, except Snape is much more open with how absolutely DONE he is.

Snolidays - Week 1: Light Over Darkness

Professor Snape's finds it easier to sleep when the dungeons are freezing cold.

❄ Sev and Lily went to the forest and found some white pansies. Severus picked a few of them and handed the bouquet to Lily. Do you know that offering someone white pansies was said to be like confessing a secret love? I wanted to draw some orchideus, but changed my mind when I read about this symbolic of white pansies in old England. How fitting.

Eventually, here is my first real entry to the Snolidays @snapecelebration. ☆ It may be my last, I still don't know if I'll be able to do another one. I used no prompts in particular, many can fit to it just like "Snowflakes" or anything reminding of a freezing day spent wandering the woods with a childhood friend. ♡

This piece took me so long that I don't even know if the result is worth it. I enjoyed inking this idea and putting colors on this drawing despite all the efforts it took to get it done.

The style is a bit different from what I'm used to regularly do. It hightly takes inspiration from the graphics of "The liar Princess and the blind Prince", an indie video game that has a stunning artistic direction (I definitely recommand you to check it!). I purchased the game specificaly for its graphics. And I've been wanting to do something that's in its style for a while.

I guess you can look at the picture in listening to the main theme. :-) It fits pretty well, I believe.

There are an insane amount of layers in my Photoshop folder - I colored Sev, Lily and the background separately. So there are a lot of ways to combine the layers.
