During the SAG panel the interviewer said I want to talk about the scene in the club, everyone is talking about what happens in the bathroom etc and all Tom did was smirking and nodding, he didn't look uncomfortable at all and talked about the dancing scene with the actor who plays jerome as "making magic". Pretty sure he was bullied for doing "gay things" as a kid = ballet, surrounded by rugby bros. So it's nothing for him. He rarely gets ashamed of things, as he should because that's not something to be shamed about.

I disagree with the mention of Andrew and Tobey's "gay roles". Most of these men were aware of Tobey's role (that scene of him with Downey in bed from the movie Wonder Boys) that had gone viral multiple times in the past. However, A&T playing gay characters in those past projects was never an issue because there wasn't any scene showing their characters kissing or having sex with another man. Tom did a sex scene where he was the bottom, it's not the same.

Homophobes are so funny, and other men have such a delicate, vulnerable soul with their toxic masculinity. And it's clear that they're obsessed with Tom as the Spider-Man actor, but what other reasons are there besides that?

Tom is the opposite of toxic masculinity.

They're racists (and some hate their own skin color, which saddens me). Tom is dating a woman of color who's taller than him, and him working with a black woman and not with some "hot white blonde" is a crime, 😀.

Tom's Spidey is really loved by women and gay men.

Tom isn't Tobey Maguire, yk the version that only exist in their heads (aka, the "OG" Spidey, who yells at paps and represents heterosexuality, who doesn't love Bully Maguire? He'd kick Iron Boy Jr.'s ass 🤪).

Tom had no problem playing a queer character who had sex with another man (not just a man, but A BLACK MAN) which traumatized them, because kids will watch TCR, apparently.

They were literally commenting under the posts of his dad's Instagram saying he should be ashamed of his son 💀. They have a weird obsession with Tom, for a number of different reasons. It's crazy.

Paul used to have instagram but he made it private last year and then deleted it shortly after. It was right around the time he was really gaining more fame and people started being weird about him & his relationships. He still has a twitter account but he never uses it lol. All the promo he does for his projects are interviews, photoshoots, events, etc. These are kind of stuff I wish Tom would do more, like really put himself out there with a press tour for something other than spiderman. But like I said, the projects he chooses don't help. An actual competent studio would know how to take advantage of his star power

I remember Tom on the TCR panel talking about how he works a lot on his voice, making it lower. In fact, in recent years he has begun to look older and it is further advantageous for him as a man and an actor to look more mature and older, not only wrinkles, but his voice, perhaps a beard (I still wonder if he can grow it now, or is it too early, but I hope for some project he will have an image with stubble/beard)

Yes, I personally think his voice got a little deeper. If you go back and watch interviews from 7-8 years ago, you'll notice that.

So, your bets: what's the next project after R&J? The Fred Astaire project has a director and screenwriter, the script is still in the works and may already be ready. Spider-Man doesn't have a director yet, but they could theoretically find someone months before the autumn. There are also likes under the post about news about filming in September from TBT and Tom’s mom. But Tom also seems a little thin for the role of Peter, and it would be much better for Tom's health to play the role of Fred first and then prepare for the role of Peter, than to gain weight again and then lose weight for the role dancer. All these factors do not provide a complete picture of what may happen in the fall-winter of 2024. Or something completely different and new? What is your opinion?

I have no idea, honestly. I think the biopic will be filmed first, but I don't even know anymore if that's the next project after R&J. I can see him announcing a completely different project within the next few months, but I also can see him taking another long break, lol. He has the golf tournament in September, that's what we know he's doing after the play.

Tom watched the Challengers movie with his whole family (including Zendaya) at the London premiere, but you still will see 'viral stuff' making fun of him, incels won't stop commenting because he posted about it. I see a lot of fans thinking he is doing this to prove something which is just silly, because that's just really unrealistic, he is doing it because he truly supports Z, not because he wants to control a certain narrative.
