FULL Hiatus Notice!!

Hi, friends! Hope you’re all doing well. As you’ve probably guessed, February has been very busy for me. That is not going to change anytime soon. Due to recent big and positive changes in both my personal and professional lives, I am putting this blog on a full hiatus for the foreseeable future. Starting Monday, February 19th, until May 11th, I do not know precisely how my free time will look. I have drafted everything I owe; all will be posted when I return.

Sauntering inside the offices of Nelson, Murdock, & Page was becoming routine for Willa. The problem with most everyone now knowing who she was? Everyone knew who she was. While such a thing didn’t bother her much, it did make having a social life more challenging. To this end, she found herself once again within the walls of her father’s longtime enemy. Though, as she told him before, Murdock’s adversarial relationship with her father didn’t mean she and he had to be enemies.

“Mister Murdock?” She asked, wrapping her knuckles upon his office door. “Matthew? I’m going to cut right to the quick.” When didn’t she? “Today is Valentine’s Day. I was hoping I might interest you in a… personal excursion.”

They’d been going strong for a good bit now and the logical next steps were marriage and kids. They were already engaged, after all. “It’s my southern charm,” he laughed. “I was thinking maybe Valentine’s Day would be a great time, if that’s not too on-the-nose. We could have ourselves a little Christmas baby. But first I wanted to ask if you were doing anything tomorrow, Mrs. Wilson?” Sam was nothing if not a charmer. “I was hoping, maybe, I could take you out.”
