Gürkan, Malatya’nın Dönüşüm Planını Açıkladı

Malatya Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Selahattin Gürkan, şehri yatay mimari ve yerinde dönüşümle seyrekleştireceklerini açıklarken: “Meydanlar, şehrin seyrekleşmesi, bitişik nizamların azaltılması, şehre yeşil alanlar geniş yollar yapılması düşünülüyor” dedi. Kahramanmaraş merkezli depremler sonrası ağır hasar alırken şehrin nasıl imar edileceği ise merak konusu. Enkaz kaldırma çalışmalarının sürdüğü ve çok sayıda ağır hasarlı binanın olduğu Malatya’nın geleceğiyle ilgili açıklamada bulunan Malatya Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Selahattin Gürkan, “Şehirle ilgili planlama noktasında netleşmiş bir planımız yoktur” dedi. “KARARI BEKLİYORUZ” Gürkan, Bakanlığın vereceği kat kararını beklediklerini söylerken: “Şehirle ilgili planlama noktasında netleşmiş bir planımız yoktur. Ancak şehirle ilgili planlama kriterlerini açıkladık. Şehirle ilgili bütüncül plan yapılacak. Yeni afet yasası ve yeni imar yasasına göre yapılacak. Bakanlığımız ve devletimizin kat sayısı kararını bekleyeceğiz” dedi. “YERLE YEKSAN ETMEYECEĞİZ” Şehrin dönüşümüyle ilgili önemli bilgiler veren Gürkan: “Şehri yerle yeksan edip, sağlam binaları da yıkacağız diye bir durum söz konusu değil. Böyle bir durum yasal da değildir. Burada az hasarlı ve hasarsız evlerin yerinde kalmasını önemsiyoruz. Kimsenin hak kaybı olmayacak. Meydanlar, şehrin seyrekleşmesi, bitişik nizamların azaltılması, şehre yeşil alanlar geniş yollar yapılması düşünülüyor. Kamu alanlarını o amaçla rezerv alan olarak kullanacağız. Şehrimizi yerinde dönüşümle ve yatay mimariyle seyrekleştireceğiz” ifadelerine yer verdi. Read the full article

Cycle lanes in the park provide a leisurely bike ride while street cycle lanes provide a more direct route for commuting. Forest Walk Corridor extends the park setting for quiet and soothing planting scheme. Rain garden filled with moderate colorful plants, while internal walkways surrounded by low saturated ornamental grasses, and forest ground cover will be the main planting scheme for shaded area.
