 After seven months since Micah received their official diagnosis , they have not told anyone in their family about this yet . Micah thinks that it would be better to share in person than on phone call for easier ways of explaining anything necessary , yet , while they do plan to visit the Everlove for the holidays , the idea of sharing their condition to everyone frighten them . It's not the same as telling their parents they no longer felt like a girl or they could like masculine individuals as well . It is . . . so much more ─ it is horrifying , to be seen as more different in ways that many do not know or understand . Though , like in the past occasions , they don't look for those they love to understand any parts of them . They want to be respected , loved . That is all Micah can ever ask for from anyone .

 While Micah is in touch with Evangel already , they figure they can tell her first . Even when they know that she , someone who is so kind ⅋ patient , will accept them with this part of them , the dread of rejection still builds in them as they gaze at @hopeborn , their hand shaking . When they finished dressing up for the holiday party over at their childhood house , they had waited for Evangel to arrive at Father Lucas' home so not only they can have someone to go to , but they decide to open themself up to Evangel . Fear lodges deep in their throat . ❝ I - I - I . . . ❞ Micah rubs their right paralyzed hand , feeling a heavy presence near out of comfort . 〔 You're okay . We're okay . 〕 ❝ I want to let you know that , um , I have Dissociative Identity Disorder . ❞ The falling silence is loud .

 It scares Micah so much more , but they finally did it . Only Adoniram , Daniel , their therapist , ⅋ Warlock knows this fact about them . " If I'm still here despite everything, " says Mike to Evangel, " Then so will you. "

Evangel was adopted into the Everlove family when she was five years old after a fire occurred at her home at night that had killed her father, with her mother being dead since her birth due to reasons that are currently unknown even to this day. Micah was seventeen / eighteen at the time of the adoption when they were on their final year of high school, with their five younger siblings being either in the middle of secondary or finishing their middle school stage. Micah was the oldest child and longest adopted Everlove while Evangel was the youngest and latest.

Despite the drastic differences in their age and life stages that would be generally challenging for a child and adult to bond and connect easily and consistently, compared to either individual interacting well with those at their age, in little time and great ease, Evangel and Micah was able build a tight connection with each other as they have always considered each other to be their closest sibling. It surprised their siblings that Micah could still find the time and energy to interact with Evangel often, even during their post-secondary school stage.

Micah and Evangel are the only Everlove children who were taken into the family at preschool age, while their siblings were adopted at an older age group, primarily in preadolescence stage. This was the first detail Micah noticed when they were familiarizing with Evangel that slowly opened a special link to her. Though, knowing what happened that led to her being taken to the child adoption agency, Micah was most determined to be there for Evangel the moment she stepped into home when they could highly understand the fear and anxiety of being moved to a whole different environment after a traumatizing event following a series of unease and loneliness.

Evangel developed selective mutism after the fire incident, and Micah, once being muted and then having the same condition, along with their parents were the only Everloves who could teach and interact with her in a sign language, avoiding some of the communication barriers that the other Everlove siblings couldn't pass to connect with her better. Until Evangel could find greater ease with the other Everloves a year after of the adoption, Micah was Evangel's only sibling who she didn't feel nervous being with and communicating to when they were always gentle and patient to her.

There were other things Evangel have that Micah could understand and provide her the support with accommodations that she needed, such as autism and paresthesia. In addition, Evangel experienced many instances of herself being bullied at schools, commonly in relation to the strange events that occurred by her presence that would paint her as responsible and be called names or associated with terrible things or people, with secondary being the most frequent occurrences of bulling for her to endure. These were what Micah could heavily relate to as they tried to comfort her in every way they could to ensure her that she still mattered and she's meant to exist.

While Micah would do everything to not have Evangel experience any more assaults, being merciless in getting her perpetrators in serious trouble, they always provide Evangel positivity and remind her of the goodness in her existence. Micah is deeply admired in the Everlove family with their siblings respecting them highly, though, Evangel always admired the endless love and hope Micah held to the world and its people regardless of everything that happened to them since they came to Earth, along with their passions of general arts and outer space with the nature. Evangel was similar holding these things that much, only more quietly, yet, her love still exists.

In the present, Evangel is seventeen years old with her already graduating high school in June 2023, becoming eighteen on this coming December. Since September, she has been in an arts university at Los Angelos where the other Everlove lives while she's strongly interested in performing arts, wanting to be a musical theatre performer. She is also highly passionate of poetry and creative writings, influenced by Micah's avid interest in them, as well as she is deeply inspired by their published literature and poetry books. Evangel deeply enjoys showing her works to them and vice versa with them bonding over their written works together.

Micah extremely loves Evangel so much, and so does Evangel. They share a lot of interests and hobbies since Evangel was give that had made them most closest to each other, and Evangel was extremely grateful that Micah could exist to be one of her siblings that she never got to have before. Micah and Evangel hold a lot of aspects that they can relate to and resonate with each other despite how the large space between their developments and lifestyles. Micah has taught Evangel a lot when what love can mean and how life is worth living through every little part of it. Evangel had reminded Micah that there's always something or someone to look forward to in life and that no matter the distance and differences in any ways, love will always reach out and taking your hands.

A few weeks of being in Los Angeles , ⅋ they still worry over how their family will treat them when they visit for the holiday .   Micah sees Mike staring back at them on the water surface   ─    A deep breath is taken before Micah glances over to see a teen present before them . ❝ Angelstar , ❞ they whisper , amazed to see how much @hopeborn have grown since they last saw her in person seven months ago .  Micah’s gaze softens at the word , home . ❝ Most positive , but I haven’t got to be with you guys for . . . seven months . ❞ Too long since they could be with the Everlove family .  Micah wants to be with their family again . Tears over their cheeks , they quickly glance away from Evangel ⅋ wipe their cheeks . Warmth embraces them whole , reminding them Evangel is here with them , loving them still . They weakly smile ⅋ rest their arm over her shoulder . ❝ How you've been ? ❞ they question , ❝ I deeply apologize that I couldn’t make it to your graduation , but I do wish to remind you that I am so beyond proud of you for getting through high school . ❞ They vaguely remember their time at that period . Now , they can only remember the freezing ─ the burning ─

 ❝ Thank you so much , Micah , ❞ Evangel offers them a gentle squeeze of hand , though , they can't feel it . ❝ Work takes a lot of time ⅋ energy , I understand. I still appreciate you telling me this a whole lot . ❞ Micah wasn't able to come to her graduation when it happened at the time when they were in a severe physical and emotional state after the massacre event at the Break Beyond Festival . The lie was that they were struck with illness from work , yet had friends in D.C. who could look after them . The guilt of not being there to see their youngest ⅋ closest sibling reach to an important milestone will always haunt them .

 Evangel softly laughs at the genuine support , glancing down , rubbing her eyes . Micah pulls Evangel closer to them . They will take her to an amusement park . A shake of head is given . ❝ Must be a big secret , ❞ she assumes .  Micah warmly laughs at Evangel's inquiry , tucking her in bed . Midnight was the time when most of their siblings left to their homes . Evangel lives with their parents while attending to her university . Micah decides to stay over their childhood home with them for a few days before they'll stay at their own until they're able to complete performing their current Miracle . Thankfully , Warlock is okay staying with Micah . Its complete absence in their life for a near month was agonizing . They don't think they can handle much more time without it . They are most grateful its presence is welcomed enough by their family , besides Eratus who was wary of it , but with them sharing their DID to their family too , everything went well in the end !

 They grin in excitement . She is going to love this plan ! ❝ We're gonna go to an amusement park ! ❞ Micah answers enthusiastically . passes Micah a bouquet of white fluffed dandelions ⚘ ♡

 Micah's lips twitch at the lovely sight of their favourite flowers . They know they gifted their parents dandelions every single day when they were six , even in grown white seeds that are easy to be taken off before they will drift away . Mimi never considered the mess she made whenever she brought them to home , having fluffs scattered across the rooms ⅋ floors . Mimi simply thought she was blessing their family with star wishes in flower seeds . It was around a year later when they learnt more about dandelions , they were horrified that they would always make a disarray bringing these " weeds " in , yet , their parents were never held any forms of negativity towards them for that . They only accepted Micah's dandelions ─ love . It is endearing Evangel have done the same to Micah a year after she was adopted .

 With Silversoul out on the walk while Evangel is accompanying , they let out a warm chuckle when Evangel passes the dandelions to them . In a blink of an eye , Micah sees Mimi gifting the flowers to them , solemnly gazing at them . Micah accepts the dandelions with sweet gratitude . ❝ Thanks , Angel ! ❞ they beam , amazed to have this many in their hand . For a good moment do they admire the white plants with a tilt of their head , eyes shining . Carefully , then , to avoid many of the seeds to fall , they give their sibling a near embrace with their left arm over her shoulders . Micah feels younger again like this . Mike is enjoying this . ❝ Blow 'em with me ! ❞ Doing so together , giggling , they watch the fluff seeds drift off , blessing the park in softest stars like snowflakes . The sky brightens .
