one mo health update. :)))) as im getting used to like... being on a computer again. lmao.

so apparently my covid pretty much affected my brain. which can happen! not to everyone, but to some. im already lost in the sauce to schizophrenia and bipolar disorder—ive been diagnosed with one, with both, over the course of like. 15 years lol—i do certainly was diagnosed and have schizotypal personality disorder. and im kind of at this point where since i got covid the brain fog has been giving me panic attacks and it kind of escalated to a point where emergency services almost had to get involved etc etc.

im not a panic attack person ive never had one. im more of a Sit And Stare At The Walls In Catatonic Silence For 5 Hours type and Contemplate Violence, so it’s new.

so im adjusting and getting help for it.

all imma say is:

u may think u just got a shitty cough and flu-like symptoms but u rly dont know if that shit is causing havoc to your actual brain until uve had 60 meltdowns.
