Since it was time for dinner they all had sat down to eat. Hak had stopped eating to say something to one of the others but he still managed to spot something in the corner of his eye. He turned his head to look at the culprit that had just robbed him of some of his food.

"If you haven’t had enough you could just ask Yoon for more y’know.”

Shin-ah stared in confusion as he was suddenly being swarmed by masked beings wearing masks almost similar to his own. He nearly pulled his blade out at first until he realized they weren’t out to attack him.

In fact, despite the language barrier and his inability to understand what they were saying, they seemed to him like they were oddly interested in him.

Unsure of what to do, he could only look at them.

Shin-ahs body began to tremble as he slept in his bed. The dream he was having was far from a good one. It was a nightmare that only made him feel helpless.

His eyes shot open and were filled with terror as he awakened from his bad dream. It took him a moment to come to his senses and realize that it was just a nightmare he experienced.

He could also feel a soft touch and upon turning his head to the side her realized it was her that was touching him.

Kija couldn’t hold it in anymore. He had no choice but to release the sneeze that was tingling his nose.

Holding his head down in shame, he avoided eye contact with her as he felt the blanket being pulled around his body.

He was ashamed of himself for falling ill. How could he protect her while in this condition?

It took a moment for Hak’s eyes to adjust from the sudden flash of light that struck. Not that long ago they were in familiar land, but now the area they were in was very unfamiliar.

He took a moment to take in the scenery. Even though he’d been dragged around all over the place by gramps in the past, he’d never seen a port town quite like this.

He paused mid thought when he laid his eyes on Yoon and the dragons nearby him. While he was relieved to see them still beside him despite what happened, a sudden uneasy feeling came over him when he realized someone in particular was missing from the group.

The fact that Yona was missing made his heart sink. She had been right beside him prior to the flash of light, where could she be right now? He frantically began to look around to see if he could catch the sight of her.

“Princess!” He called as he began running around in search of her.

While he knew she had something to tell him, this was not in the slightest bit what he was expecting. His eyes widened in shock when she dropped the news.

While it was unexpected, he wasn’t going to reject it. He’d just have one more person in his life to love and care for after all.

Still at a loss for words, he softly wrapped his arms around her and pulled her close followed by planting a kiss to her forehead.
