weird to think about how there's a future timeline where I become a landlord

#it's like 0.2% chance of that timeline happening but it exists out there somewhere #idk it's weird thinking about how up in the air my future is long term #um realistically i will probably not outlast my roommate re: living in this condo #bc given his job situation he's not moving out of the city anytime in the foreseeable future #and Landlord Timeline only happens if he leaves first and then i have to sublet or whatever #cause our mortgage is like wait lemme do the math #...80% of my income. jfc. maybe more #i don't know the exact amount and also I'm hourly so my paychecks vary a little #but suffice to say i couldnt afford it on my own #but i also don't want to leave this condo until it's time to leave this city #more realistically i move out first and then ???????????????? #yeah i hate unknowns but also i guess it's better than thinking i knew exactly what my future would be and being dead wrong LOL #doth oversharing hour
