#I posted these on Twitter so they get to go on tumblr too #2024 is the year I decided to stop avoiding drawing environments bc they take too long #2024 is the year I get comfortable with environments so that I can rely less on heavy references and instead #invent more easily from imagination because it feels familiar to my hands etc etc etc #also there’s a couple of short comics I have in mind where the environment is a character and that means I can’t fuck it up #by slacking off otherwise it’ll drive me bananas #sketchbook tag
