i know this is controversial to say, but i wish more fic had sad endings

#like i will NEVER forget how i felt reading drunk on just being there by cazio #there is obviously the epilogue which does wrap up it up all nicely which i do enjoy sometimes but i have truly read #chapter 26 of that fic on its own tooooooooooo many times just becuase of the acheeeeee and pain of it #i love to feel acheeeeeee and pain and disaster and hurt and longing and not everything always works itself out perfectly #but i understand the happy endings i really really do #AND crash like father burn like son by greenapplepie/flo55i!!!! the not knowing if this will ever be the right thing #the not knowing if ur doing the right thing for urself but being too scared to try the alternative!!!!! #i love fic that hurts is the crux of this #love me some happy fic to though just to clarify
