𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒚𝒐𝒖 | 𝗌𝗐𝗂𝗌𝗌 𝗀𝗁𝗈𝗎𝗅

𝒔𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝒎𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒆𝒔 | 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒆

It was an absolute bitch getting back to the ghoul corridor in the pitch dark considering it was nearing two in the morning now. Plus the wind was causing the branches to knock against the stained glass windows frightening Bellamira half to death. She cursed herself for not begging Rain to meet at the entrance to pump her full of confidence for the night. Taking a deep breath and sending a prayer to Satan, Bellamira knocked on the door leading to the ghouls. It was becoming colder as the minutes passed, Mira rocked back and forth trying to warm herself up. Perhaps it wasn't smart to just wear an oversized tour shirt, sleep shorts and fuzzy black socks that evening.

"I seriously thought you got lost, Mira." Rain opened the door revealing his shivering human friend. She slipped past him in hopes that the ghouls dorm would be warmer thanks to Dew's never-ending feistiness.

"If you hadn't noticed, I'm human and can't see that great in the dark like you can." Mira stuck her tongue at him. Ghouls had exceptional sight even if it was pitch dark outside which came in handy when she needed to sneak snacks out of the kitchen. Rain always got the good ones whereas when Mira did it, they were relatively healthy and tasted like shit.

"You better put on a brave face, Cirrus chose something scary." Rain pointed over to the ghoulette's who were making the final decision on a film. Mountain was already on the couch alongside Aether who was snacking on a banana per usual. Dew was throwing popcorn in the air trying to catch it but was failing miserably. Mira glanced around for the other fire ghoul who just coming out of his room with a fluffy blanket that peeked her interest instantly.

"Aw come on, princess. How do you look better every time I see you?" Swiss groaned. He wasn't sure it was possible for Mira to continually amaze him but she easily succeeded. It was hard for him to not steal her away and snuggle up with her in his room away from the ghouls. But it also would've been harder to not mark her as his.

"It's because she wears less clothes every time, right?" Dew joked. Swiss smacked the back of his head causing the other ghoul to hiss. Dew springing up from the couch to pounce before Rain pushed him back down.

"Uh this is what I normally wear to bed?" Mira shrugged. Rain was still holding onto Dew who was fumbling to break free from the water ghoul. She had to applaud him for being so persistent with his efforts but this was typical Dew behavior.

"You're going to get sick though, sweetheart. Come here-" Swiss wrapped the blanket around Mira. She couldn't help smiling at him as the warmth slowly warmed her up and the scent of Swiss' cologne filling her senses. Both of them sat down at the empty couch across from Mountain who was laughing at Dew hysterically. Swiss could've started purring at how his scent was covering up Mira's typical floral aroma.

"We've chosen Halloween for movie night! No complainers? Perfect, get ready kiddos." Cirrus popped the disc in as Mira froze next to Swiss. She was terrible when it came to horror films which seemed silly considering Mira worshiped Satan and all. Rain had always been good about strictly choosing comedies or action movies but the ghouls knew nothing about that.

Mira was already slowly inching under the blanket that was now laying on both of their laps. The credits had just started rolling in and the music alone was sending a shiver up her spine. Rain glanced at his human friend with sympathy while taking a seat next to Dew who was still seething. Eventually the ghoul would start tossing popcorn at the others in attempts to piss them off. Swiss wrapped his arm around her waist to pull her against his side. Her breath being held as the shirt rode up and now Swiss' hand was resting on her bare skin.

It didn't go unnoticed to the ghoul as he begun to rub his thumb against her skin to comfort her. Bellamira let out a shaky breath hiding further under the blanket avoiding the opening scene. Dew had started mocking the woman on screen before getting attacked causing Cumulus to smack him to shut up. He stuck out his forked tongue at her and threw some popcorn in her face causing the ghoulette to pounce on him. Rain face palmed shaking his head before returning his attention like the other ghouls who were enjoying the film.

Bellamira squeaked as the woman continue being attacked on screen and turned to hide into Swiss' chest who instantly cradled her head with his free hand. His claws running through Mira's hair to soothe her and purring as she nuzzled closer up to him. Her arms shyly wrapping around Swiss' waist and sighing happily when he pressed a kiss on her forehead. Bellamira could feel her heart racing as Swiss tilted her head upwards to face him. He continued to place kisses on her cheeks, nose and finally her lips causing Bellamira to sink further into him.

She could've happily kissed him forever if he wanted to. The way he kissed her was so gentle, so soft and yet so demanding to continue to show her how much he wanted her. Bellamira slowly pulled away to catch her breath as Swiss held the side of her face, kissing the tip of her nose once more. She smiled at the ghoul who was looking down at her like she gave him the entire world on a silver platter. Her exhaustion however sneaking up on her and Mira tried to stifle the yawn but it instead slipped out.

"You can go to sleep, princess. I'll take care of you." Swiss whispered trying not to disrupt the others who were engrossed in the film. Bellamira sleepily nodded her head before nuzzling back up to his chest as he wrapped his arms tighter around his human. Her consciousness drifting in and out as the movie started fading in the back and instead focused on Swiss purring into her neck.

"I doubt she'll mind sleeping in there but she may wake up very confused." Rain shrugged. Bellamira had long since been passed out cradled up in Swiss' arms but now the movie was long over and the ghouls were getting ready for bed. Dew was already passed out across Rain's lap with his hand still in the popcorn bowl. Every time the water ghoul tried to move, Dew would hiss in his sleep and tail smack against the couch with a loud thud.

"Just make sure you take care of her, okay?" Rain said. It was still hard for him to not worry about his human friend after taking care of her for so long. Especially after Terzo, Bellamira was terrified of nearly everything but not as much as loosing someone. Rain had gotten through the worst times, the night terrors, and was still worried even though he trusted Swiss with her. However he knew that was why Bellamira tried pushing him away, Rain knew she wouldn't be able to handle loosing Swiss. But the water ghoul knew that wouldn't be possible seeing how his brother looked at and dotted on her.

"I would never hurt her, I promise." Swiss assured Rain who relaxed against the couch knowing he was stuck thanks to Dew. Bellamira whimpered against his chest as he gently picked her up to go to his bedroom. Swiss whispered a goodnight to his brother whose eyes were slowly closing as Dew began snoring loudly on his lap. If they stayed out there any longer, the fire ghoul would've definitely woken up Mira and Swiss wasn't letting that happen.

Instead he walked to his bedroom and set her gently down on the bed. Bellamira instantly snuggling up against the sheets as Swiss pulled the covers over her body to keep her warm. Seeing her cuddled up in his bed caused the ghoul to practically swoon. He could easily get used to having Bellamira waiting for him in his room to snuggle up together. The thought of them whispering sweet nothings to each other, sharing kisses amongst other more interesting things caused him to purr. Swiss quickly got ready for bed in order to cuddle up next to Mira who immediately curled up against him. Wrapping his arms around her, Swiss purred into her shoulder before placing a kiss where he planned to mark her before drifting off to sleep.
