They HELD HANDS. He openly said he was GAY in the FIRST. SEASON. #They had STORY LINES around him talking to the boy's dad because he wanted him to be impressed by him #And trying to ask him to a dance #They were one of TWO relationships in the show with the other being an already married couple #'But it's Netflix; it doesn't count-' You have like three paragraphs about She-ra and her cat girlfriend #If you only want to talk about wlw media; FINE! THAT'S TOTALLY OKAY! #But when you're going on and on about the history of queer cartoons and how each was more influential than the last #And you cannot even MENTION a cartoon that lets its one of its male main characters be so openly gay with a gay relationship #That was more than just 'gay dads in one scene' or queerbait #You're not doing a good job #And pointing that out isn't 'pitting a cartoon with representation against the others' it's saying 'HEY.
