Uff board exam anon I can feel your pain lmao. Being an indian student isn't easy and CBSE literally trying to make our life worse isn't any better
For jei, board exam is like a really important exam that we have to take when we're in grade 10 and 12. The marksheet/ report card we get stays with us forever and out grade 10 marks determines our stream, so you cannot take science if you don't score a certain percentage. And like you have to show your both marksheets when you want to get into university or get a job. It's like a stamp on your profile for forever.
And last year due to covid CBSE (a national level education board which is kind of given the most impotance) cancelled the board examination, for this year's batch they made a new policy where we have to give board examination TWICE, once in November/December and the other in March/april and the first board will be objective type and the other would be subjective type. We had like less than 4 months to prepare for all of this lmao. And they had the audacity to say that it's to REDUCE PRESSURE.
And one more thing, board examination are taken very very seriously. When you take the exam, you have to go to some other venue assigned to you (some other school/university/auditorium anything), there are cameras and so many invigilators. And your teachers don't check your sheets, the sheetd are collected and send somewhere else. Literally anywhere, maybe to some other state. Ydk where your sheet went, who checked it lmao. The sheets are send to the headquarters ig where they note all the information and then annouce the national level topper wohoo

BUT WHY SHOULD A TEST DETERMINE YOUR FUTURE LET ALONE YOUR WHOLE LIFE 😭😭😭 THAT'S SO– i could never do that cause i'll end up getting disappointed at myself if ever :((( it must be very pressuring to think about that test all the time. can i say... i hate CBSE too?? 😩😩😩
