Are reading NCERT books sufficient for class 10th and 12th board exam study?
The NCERT books are strictly based on the CBSE board syllabus. Hence there is no need to discuss or refer any other study material for the exam. Since class 6th students do refer the NCERT books for study and gradually they become comfortable regarding book language. Class 10th to class 12th every student follow NCERT books and it is mandatory.
NCERT book designed in away so that they consist of through knowledge of all definition and concepts for the exams. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) in India exams also refers those books to their aspirants. Concepts are explained in these books in a lucrative way. The language is easy to understand and remember. If any student wants to enhance his/her knowledge then can refer to other books as well but never skip NCERT in any case.
Sometimes, most of the questions are directly come from the NCERT books such as short questions, fill in the blanks, multiple choice questions, or definitions.
Examples used to explain in the NCERT books are very relative to real life. Most of the examples are from real world experience to explain the science concepts. It helps the students to score good marks during exams. Also it clarifies the basic concepts well.
Only NCERT is sufficient for the class 10th and 12th exam preparation? Then the answer is NO. Many other study material is also important to understand the concept well.
To fulfill this need
The NCERT has released some other additional books as well in mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry (for numerical problems).
Along with this consistency with speed and accuracy is important to score good in the exam. The structure of your answer means a lot.

This is a message for all the 10th and 12th boards appearing students:
Please take care of your physical and mental health and remember that it's just an exam.
Remember to eat healthy and keep yourself hydrated at all times.
Get a proper sleep before exam to give your best performance.
Do not panic once you see the question paper, take a deep breath and believe in yourself.
To all who are also preparing for entrance exams, try to focus on one thing at a time, if you're studying for boards then study for boards, Don't overthink about entrance exams at this point.
This is not the first exam you've ever given and certainly not the last one you'll give. Treat it just like any other exam.
Even if you fail, it's not the end of the world, there is so much more to life than just a stupid board exam.
Wishing you all the very best, Phhod Kar aana !!💫💫

The lockdown was difficult because it did not allow me to grow mentally.
My mind is still stuck at 8th grade where I could get 2nd or 3rd position without trying and putting efforts just by studying the night before. But now I'm giving my final exams at 12th grade my brain doesn't know how to put efforts and just procrastinates and i regret everything and have a panic attack the night before. And it will be disastrous once i get to college.
I think i need professional help because everyday my anxiety is getting worse and my friend had to calm me down from attacks through whatsapp.
Can anyone please give me some advice
