The nuances of this word fall in three categories:
Life as a period: the life of Sarah — Genesis 23:1.
Welfare and happiness; earthly felicity combined with spiritual blessing (as beautifully put by BDB Theological Dictionary — Proverbs 16:15, Deuteronomy 30:6).
Sustenance, maintenance (Proverbs 27:27).

19 We are the peaceful and faithful in Israel. You are trying to destroy a city that is a mother in Israel. Why do you want to swallow up the Lord’s inheritance?”
20 “Far be it from me!” Joab replied, “Far be it from me to swallow up or destroy!
21 That is not the case. A man named Sheba son of Bikri, from the hill country of Ephraim, has lifted up his hand against the king, against David. Hand over this one man, and I’ll withdraw from the city.”
The woman said to Joab, “His head will be thrown to you from the wall.”
22 Then the woman went to all the people with her wise advice, and they cut off the head of Sheba son of Bikri and threw it to Joab. So he sounded the trumpet, and his men dispersed from the city, each returning to his home. And Joab went back to the king in Jerusalem.
Walls are also called Arks, altars, and beaches. They represent the looming experience that will change everything. Birth is the first wall, the one between non-existence and life. Virginity is a wall. Superstition is a wall. Politics, religion, myth, legend, propagaganda, anything that prevents us from pure deduction is a wall.
"Jesus died for our sins" is an example of a wall. There is nothing, nothing at all stated in the Gospels Jesus died as a way of taking on the sin of the world. As all the laws of Judaism state, no matter what, life goes on. The Gospels insist upon this in their own way: poverty and destitution are not ways life is to be lived.

v. 14: Abel Beth Maacah is the Stream Of The House Of The Squeeze.
The verb יבל (yabal) speaks mostly of a flowing along some course, which of course requires the bottom of the course to be saturated and reject any further absorption.
Noun יבל (yabal) means water course or conduit, noun יובל (yubal) means stream and noun אובל ('ubal) means stream or river.

The verse says this happens first through listening to what the law is trying to say: "This planet, which is one of a kind floating in space has no other alternatives. v. 18- 19= 10609, י'םט, hwot, "to be marked." This hearkens back to Cain's victory over Abel, "vanity". Cain's success was marked by his humility before God. Let's face it, humble persons who wish approval from the Most High do not cause anyone any trouble at all:
v. 20-21: the Number is 8347, חגדז, hagadez, "understanding of the counsel of the Haggadah."
God raised His hand against the liars, cheaters, and slavers of the Egyptian monarchy and army. As for the rest, the Israelites, He smote them only when they complained, resorted to idols, or were violent. In other words, He enforced the Beersheba.
And the woman said, "his head will be thrown to you." The value for this is Day Zero: "The creation of the world" and when it achieves Mashiach, and it says "Hosanna!" that is the beginning of the New Day 1.
