Why I love Dhawan Master #38: “Oooooooh!”

In no particular order, here is an illustrated list of reasons I love  Sacha Dhawan’s Master, most of which boil down to the way that Sacha Dhawan so expertly embodies the Master to such a degree that we can look  into this character’s mind as we never have before.

Here he is during his first name-gasm [see #37] in Spyfall 1. Look at how he forms, but doesn’t say, “Oooooh!” right after his name. It must give him a little buzz right there, in his hearts. <3 <3

And here’s the nerd when Ashad shows him the Death Particle in The Timeless Children. Glee, positively devilish glee. “OOOOOOOOH!” He actually says it here.

No profound analysis here, just an appreciation of Sacha Dhawan’s cultivation of consistent body language and character moments over his various appearances to create a unified and compelling character.
