Never said anything because like , i don’t really know how to address when stuff blows up and my art gets seen but I just wanna say thanks to everyone who enjoys my work. It means a lot to me and i love drawing these strange dog and hyperkinetic rabbity thingy pieces even if they’re jokes, full on rendered portraits, A Sammax Mona Lisa, etc etc

I’ve been a fan of Sam and Max for two years now and I haven’t really had a space to dump all my art and my thoughts about the game and the franchise just generally due to shyness, so knowing people enjoy this kinda stuff makes me very happy yaknow? There are sooo many of you I wish honest to god i could follow or follow back but due to the sideblog limitations I’m unfortunately unable; just know that all of you guys’ art is extremely cool as well - think a’ me as your ghost mutual LMFAOAOAOAO

Nonetheless, thanks everyone for sticking around and I’m happy to bombard you guys’ dashboards with even more art and jokes because it’s the two things I like to do and what I tend to do best!

Sam and Max: Freelance Police is a comic from the 80s that parodies cop shows and other pop culture from the time. it was then made into a cartoon that only ran for one season and a series of point and click adventure games with one being by lucasarts and the others by telltale, as well as a recent vr game called sam and max: this time it’s virtual

Sam is a 6’3 anthropomorphic dog man who plays the banjo and likes solving puzzles and shooting things and fighting crime

Max is a “hyperkinetic rabbity thingy” who loves violence and killing and tearing and biting

together they run a freelance police agency where they solve crimes in the worst most wild ways imaginable all over the world and also the moon and ancient egypt and bigfoot country

they have canonically been married and they adopted a child together in the cartoon and it has been said multiple times that max “doesn’t even like girls” and they were the wedding toppers on the creator’s wedding cake with sam wearing a suit and max wearing a dress so yes the gay ass dog and rabbit are gay and in love <3

Last week I remembered how much I loved Sam and Max, and of course I INSTANTLY wanted to give my take on their voices 

So who has the rights nowadays and when can we expect a series reboot because god damn do I miss that detective dog and hyperkinetic rabbity thingy
