Victoria is more neutral on Rumpleteazer’s thievery as a whole. She only really gets upset if Rump steals from other cats, but when Rumpleteazer goes out on a heist with Mungojerrie and specifically steals things for her, Victoria gets especially love-struck.

The idea that Rumpleteazer stopped, noticed something beautiful, and thought of her fills Victoria with a strong sense of love and appreciation, leading her to cherish every gift received from the calico, whether it was in jest or earnestness.

Earlier in their relationship, Victoria was more prudent about accepting these gifts knowing they were stolen from humans but Rumpleteazer has a very “it's yours” attitude about it that leaves no room for objections, and over time Victoria grew to appreciate that and accept these gifts.
