#finished part 1 #really liked episode 7 #1-5 fucking suck as episodes tho #Robin has turned into some autism ADHD stereotype which isn’t her character #idc if they made her any of those and had that added to her character but it feels like a stereotype and not an addition to her character #not enough of her being lesbian too like we get one thing in episode 1 and that’s it #her friendship with Nancy feels forced they could’ve written that better #dialogue sucks until episode 6 #really liked the elaboration on El’s past #I liked the inclusion of Suzie and how Erica is still a key player #though a little late for her to come in #I liked how they elaborated on Lucas’ need for status #and how he fought that to be true to his friends #Steve better be ok #he’s my fave #bc I think he’s hot but like #yeah #not explaining that one #I thought Vecna was lame until this ep #001 is fr a psycho imagine saying that to a literal 6 year old #love how El has opened two gates in her lifetime #I hope they elaborate on that in vol 2 or s5 #would rewatch this with the context of ep 7 #and live thru the cringe lol
