I’ve been thinking and I think I will need to make a career change this year or next year at the latest because after chatting #with some friends at work there’s no room for professional or even financial growth after a few years #as much as I like the people I work with (I’m so supported it’s wild) I do not have trust in the higher ups at all #I’ve never changed jobs before it’s scary ahhhh!!!
