Clothing Style: Fashionable and Rugged for frequent traveling and favors bright clothes.

Personality: Jolyne is friendly and laidback when not in her official role as champion, preferring to travel and see the sights of each a region she visits. She enjoys meeting new trainers, but feels that she has to be aggressive with her tactics, both to not insult her opponent and show that a champion match isn’t a place for inexperienced newcomers.

Short Bio: Was born in Alolan, but primarily raised in Galar and traveled with her parents to the various regions wherever their research took them. This gave her an intense wanderlust and she loves to explore on her travels. She has a fluency with multiple languages and primarily speaks with a Galaran accent from her tutoring days there, though she’ll throw Alolan and Paldean slang and phrases into her speech

Does Jo ever get a love interest? If so, what are they like? How did they meet?

Jo's dated some of the various trainers while she was in their region, but her constant traveling has made it difficult to establish anything permanent, though she and Nemona have a good fwb relationship whenever she drops by (for this setting Nemona is 23, so only two years age difference).

Currently, though, she's currently dating one of the elite four, the poison type expert Koga Tamiko.

They've been together for about two years now and met when Cupcake was badly poisoned in a battle against a Poipole they encountered, forcing them to retreat. Having no pokemon capable of flying to a pokemon center and having run low on antidotes, she instead rushed to the nearest apothecary instead, which Tamiko happened to run.

She specialized in rare antidotes and powerful herbs and was able to eventually cure Cupcake, but not without a long and difficult recovery. As thanks, Tamiko demanded that Jo both treat her to dinner and help her capture the Poipole to add to her team as well to study the effects of its poison, and the rest is history.

I'll go on about Tamiko in a later and separate post.
