Four isn’t one person, who splits into four people, four is multiple people mashed together like a blender- making up four and a whole, I like how that works! four also doesn’t use the master sword, he isn’t the only one but still! He may not have used the blade in one of his adventures, but that doesn’t make him any less of a hero than the rest of his companions. (Correct me if I’m absolutely incorrect, my tism hasn’t reached maximum loz nerd level yet)
