I thought about how the shadows would look in LU, and I thought the green headband would be retained, as well as the black tunic that appears in "four swords manga." Considering that Shadow has not experienced the "Minish Cap", Shadow's hat is just a copy of four's hat (Shadow likes his hat's smoke-like texture).

Some things I’ve realized:

1. I don’t think Shadow Link from FSA has actually showed up in LU

2. Although Jojo has said the Colors are derived from the manga, we don’t know if any of the rest of the plot of the manga is canon

It has been pointed out that though the colors are an homage to the manga, per their ref, the note on Sunset pt 9 says not much else is being used from the manga (thanks @unexpectedstormy for the correction). HOWEVER, Shadow Link is still from the game, tricking people into thinking he’s Link and causing trouble and blowing up stupid large instakill bombs.

3. In the game, Shadow Link does not reform and Link and Zelda defeat him themselves

4. The overarching villain is called the Shadow an awful lot

Thoughts: This is a personal favorite of mine. The author did a very good job of showing what it feels like to be reasonably paranoid about something while also keeping it humorous. I love the way that Twilight is depicted in this, and I do have to feel bad for him because he's being terrorized by Four, but it is hilarious.

Local insomniac and amnesiac accidentally scare the ever living daylights out of each other for completely different and very personal reasons.

I like the headcanon that the chain end up sharing and learning each other's songs! (Whether on purpose or by accident in the case of Legend here. It also ties into how Wild knows a bunch of their songs in totk!)
