Market conditions are strong, as is demand, Kramer said during a first-quarter earnings call April 30. Compared with 2020, Goodyear has a "much brighter picture" as more people are getting vaccinated and vehicle miles driven continue to increase.

Goodyear also saw a continued recovery of the company's replacement market share in the U.S. and Europe. In North America, the company sold 15.5 million units in the first quarter this year, up 1 million units, or 6.9 percent, versus 2020. Goodyear believes this is due, in part, to wholesalers' and tire dealers' looking to ramp up inventory after keeping a relatively minimal level last year.

O que fazer quando o cliente diz que seus preços estão altos

No mundo atual, quase não se namora mais. Relacionamentos de longo prazo são cada vez mais raros, casais comemorando bodas de ouro, muitas vezes ouvem a pergunta: “Mas todo este tempo com a mesma pessoa?”. Enfim, hoje, nas relações, todos estão querendo somente “ficar” e “curtir”, sem compromisso sério, e, infelizmente, muitos profissionais que atuam na área comercial estão tratando os seus clientes da mesma forma, o que é um grave erro.

Preço, prazo e qualidade continuam regendo as relações comerciais, mas somente visitar ou ligar para seu cliente quando existe perspectiva de compra, esquecendo-o no restante do tempo, pode levar a um “divórcio” comercial com seu cliente que com certeza não voltará a procurar você e a empresa que você representa.

Trate seu cliente como se você estivesse em um relacionamento amoroso sério, por isso:

1) Ligue e visite seu cliente regularmente para se fazer lembrado. SMS e WhatsApp Messenger são ferramentas auxiliares e devem ser usadas somente com os clientes que você possui um excelente relacionamento, mas não substituem um encontro olho no olho.

2) De tempos em tempos, envie um presente para seus clientes (sem infringir as regras de compliance da sua e da empresa dele). Por exemplo: envie um e-mail com algum artigo interessante da área do seu cliente, isso mostra que você se interessa com o sucesso do ramo da atividade dele, que você entende do segmento em que ele atua, e não somente busca uma venda pontual.

3) Sair com seu cliente, seja para almoços, ou visita conjunta a feiras do setor sempre são diferenciais.

Você também não gostaria de receber toda esta atenção e mimos da pessoa que você ama?

A conquista de um novo cliente segue exatamente os mesmos processos de uma conquista amorosa. Faça-se presente, cative, invista na relação, até que você conquiste e seja conquistado. Conquistou? Cultive este relacionamento mantendo uma efetiva e constante cobertura de pós-venda. Caso não o faça, seria o mesmo que sair com a sua conquista e sequer ligar no dia seguinte.

Você sabe a data de aniversário dos seus melhores clientes? Em caso positivo, nestas datas você telefona para eles felicitando-os ou manda ao menos um e-mail? De novo, as datas importantes da sua relação amorosa você lembra, ou pelo menos deveria lembrar. Surpreenda seu cliente, encante-o e destaque-se dos seus concorrentes. Se eles estão servindo arroz com feijão, sirva, no mínimo, estrogonofe.

Conheço supervendedores que não somente sabem a data de aniversário dos seus clientes, mas sabem também a data de aniversário da esposa ou marido do cliente e até o dos filhos. Lógico que para chegar a este ponto de intimidade demorou, mas se você chegou a este ponto, cultive-o e amplie-o, o beneficiado com certeza também será você.

Ao menos nas suas relações comerciais, invista sempre nos relacionamentos de longo prazo, pois em muitas negociações, este pode ser um diferencial que pode levar seu cliente a desconsiderar uma pequena diferença a maior na cotação de preços que você apresentou.

Esteja ao lado do seu cliente sempre e, não somente nos bons momentos, afinal, assim como no casamento, devemos estar sempre juntos, seja na alegria ou na tristeza.

Os solteiros podem “ficar” quanto quiserem e rapidamente conhecer um novo parceiro, mas clientes bons, não existem tantos assim, e, clientes bons, assim como parceiros bons, são concorridíssimos e não se satisfazem com pouco. Por isso, invista nas suas relações para que sejam duradouras. Você vai colher excelentes frutos!

BỆNH MẠCH MÁU NGOẠI VI

I. ĐẠI CƯƠNG Bệnh mạch máu ngoại vi bao gồm bệnh của động mạch và tĩnh mạch nằm ngoài các mạch máu ở tim và não. Trong phần này tập trung nói đến bệnh động mạch ngoại vi. Người bệnh ĐTĐ có nguy cơ cao bị tắc hẹp động mạch chi dưới, gấp 15 lần người không bị ĐTĐ. Bàn chân ĐTĐ thường do phối hợp của bệnh lý mạch máu và bệnh lý thần kinh. Tắc động mạch ngoại vi thường gặp ở người lớn tuổi, nếu xảy ra ở người 1,0 có thể gặp ở người bệnh ĐTĐ do thành động mạch bị calci hóa và không ép được. Nếu dự định can thiệp, cần đánh giá mức độ và vị trí hẹp. Siêu âm duplex: xác định vị trí và mức độ hẹp. Chụp hình động mạch với thuốc cản quang: khi dự định can thiệp để tái tưới máu. Cần quan tâm chức năng thận. Điện tim để tìm dấu hiệu dày dãn các buồng tim, loạn nhịp tim, nhồi máu cơ tim. Các xét nghiệm để đánh giá bệnh lý nền và yếu tố nguy cơ: glucose huyết, lipid huyết công thức máu, tình trạng đông máu, BUN creatinin. Ở các trung tâm chuyên sâu, có thể đo các chỉ dấu của hiện tượng viêm. Gia tăng nồng độ D Dimer, CRP siêu nhạy, interleukin 6, homocystein thường liên hệ với giảm khả năng vận ��ộng ở chi dưới. IV. ĐIỀU TRỊ Nếu người bệnh có triệu chứng đau khi nghỉ, loét hoại tử, cần hội chẩn với chuyên khoa phẫu thuật mạch máu. Bangunnya revolusi seksual dan bangkitnya pergerakan wanita, menjadikan pertandingan tennis tahun 1973 antara juara dunia wanita Billie Jean King ( Emma Stone ) dan mantan juara dunia pria Bobby Riggs ( Steve Carell ) diberi judul sebagai " Battle of The Sexes " ( Pertarungan antar gender ).

Pertandingan ini menjadi salah satu acara olahraga yang paling banyak dilihat di televisi, dengan penonton mencapai 90 juta diseluruh dunia. Saat rivalitas antara King dan Riggs memuncak, ternyata keduanya bertarung dengan masalah yang personal dan kompleks.

King yang ganas tidak hanya bertanding untuk kesetaraan, namun juga berjuang untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan seksualitasnya sendiri, karena persahabatannya dengan Marilyn Barnett ( Andrea Riseborough ) berkembang. Dan Riggs, salah satu selebriti media, bergulat dengan kebiasaannya berjudi, dengan mengorbankan keluarganya dan istrinya Priscilla ( Elisabeth Shue ). Bersama-sama, Billie dan Bobby menyajikan tontonan budaya yang menggema jauh melampaui lapangan tennis.
