Everyone, Here is the complete order of finish for our Joss Northeast 9-Ball Tour’s, “Turning Stone Classic XXXIII 9-Ball Open”, which was held January 9-12, 2020. The event was $25,000 added with a total prize fund of $41,400. There was a full field of 128 players. All players were paid in cash immediately upon their elimination from the event!

I am excited to announce stop # 2 of my Joss Northeast 9-Ball Tour, “The Hudson Valley Fall Classic”, Sat & Sun Sept 30 & Oct 1 at our newest location, The Spot Billiards Cafe-Lounge in Nanuet NY.  The Spot has quickly become one of the east coasts premier rooms. Owners, Rhys & Lenore Donavan Chen, have succeeded in opening a very upscale room which caters to the needs of everyone. The Spot has 13 9 foot Diamond Pro Ams, 8 Diamond 7 footers and a Gold Crown for those Brunswick fans. There are pool and dart leagues 5 nights a week. There is also an arcade with all the latest games, a full bar, full pub menu with additional home made specials. They host live bands and events and even have an upper loft for special events, parties and pool action viewing from above. So please come down to show your appreciation to The Spot, to play or just watch another world class event. While you are there you could even win a $1,200 custom engraved Joss Cue in the raffle.   There are many nearby motels for those in need. Candlewood Suites, 20 Overlook Blvd, Nanuet NY, 845-371-4445 is giving The Spot a $109 rate by using the code tge spot.   FYI, The Spot is currently a receiving station and partner in a hurricane relief drive. They are accepting donations of various items to be sent to the the victims of the latest disasters. Please be generous and bring a donation! Contact The Spot at 845-623-7768 for more information.
This event at will consist of a $1500 added Saturday and Sunday Main Event (entry fee $120 for pro level – I will decide – or $70 for non pro level) and a $500 added second chance event on Sunday ($20 entry fee) only for those non pro level players eliminated from the main event on Saturday. All of our events are open to all players in good standing.
For those of you coming to play, please arrive on Saturday September 30 BEFORE 11:30 AM in proper dress of NO T-shirts & NO shorts or sweat clothes please. Jeans, sneakers and a shirt with a collar works just fine at all of our billiard parlor events! If coming to watch, play will begin after sign in on Saturday and at 11am on Sunday.

  Our second “Joss Junior 9-Ball Championship” will be played at Sharp Shooters Billiards & Sports Pub in Amsterdam NY on Oct 21 & 22. There will be an 18 & under division and a 12 and under division. Please contact Mike Zuglan regarding entry and more details. 518-356-7163.
