Hope you're having a great day. Just wanted to share that we offer two different finishes with our systems. We can do powder coating, and we can also do galvanization.
The process behind me is our hot dip galvanization. And I recommend if you're looking at different systems, you definitely get hot dip galvanization, especially in your more rough environments, when it rains a lot or there's salt in the roads.
The other technique to use is spray on galvanization, and that just doesn't last. And you'll end up with rusty, corroded platforms, and the salt will eat it away.
This hot dip galvanization process, super high quality, starts with cleaning and rinsing the steel. That will remove all the rust on the steel. And then you move that through the process all the way to the end with zinc and the galvanized bath.
This is a really durable process that will last for the life of your system. Make sure this is what you're getting when you order an automated parking system, either indoor or outdoor. Hope that's helpful. Let me know what I can do for you. Thanks for listening.

My name is Rock. I'm here with TAPCO. What we have here is a double stacker hydraulic power unit. We have a control cabinet here that is fully UL 408 rated NEMA and UL four meaning indoor and outdoor operation.
We have here HPU system hydraulic power unit here with 60 gallons of oil and 10 hp motor. I'm going to show you how this unit operates. Very, very simple operation here. We have a key here that the valet person comes in, turns the key on and when you press up the stacker it is going to go up.
Once the Stacker is all the way up you're going to pull the handle, stop the unit from moving, bring the handle back, press the button down and lock it in. That's it. Alright. To bring the car down we've got to insert the key, turn the key on. We're going to press the off button to clear the latch.
Once up we're going to pull the lever, start bringing it down, let the lever go. With the button being pressed gravity will take over and bring the car down. That's it. As simple as this. Once the car is down, it comes out and that's it. Another one comes in.

Hope you're having a great day. Our various parking systems have different slope requirements. For our double stackers, our systems can be installed on up to a 5% slope, which is unique in the industry.
Our puzzle systems have a max slope of 0.5% side to side, and our fully automated agv autonomous guided vehicle system requires a floor flatness of 30 to 45 and floor leveling of 20 to 30. What can we design for you?

Hope you're having a great day. Just wanted to share one of our projects with you. This is an interesting two high one deep tandem puzzle system.
A couple noteworthy items on this is our standard platforms are rated for 5200 pounds, and we upgraded a portion to 6000 pounds to account for the suvs and evs as those cars are getting heavier.
We're going to have EV chargers on a portion of the platform forms so that the users can charge their vehicles. And we're also going to have our remote connect system in there monitoring the installation. So if any issues happen, we will get alerts remotely and we can troubleshoot those, oftentimes solve them without going on site.

Hello. Hope you're having a great day. When we evaluated which type of fully automated parking system we wanted to provide, we were especially interested in systems that are reliable, provide redundancy, and fast retrieval times.
If you look at what is available in the marketplace, the two main types of fully automated systems are what's called AGV, or autonomous guided vehicle and rack and rail, of which there are a couple different flavors.
When we took this all into consideration, we selected the AGV system. Here's why. Rack and rail systems have a lot of moving parts, and there is typically one traversing shuttle per level. If this shuttle goes down, there's no ability to retrieve vehicles on that level until restored. Because there is only one shuttle per level retrieving vehicles, they tend to achieve slower retrieval times.
With the AGV system, there are only eight moving parts on each robot, four wheels and four actuators picking up and setting down the vehicles on the platforms. Hence, they're very reliable. We typically design these with multiple AGV robots on each level. If something happens to a robot, the other robots can pick up the slack and they can also be summoned from different levels if available.
With multiple robots on each level, they can be parking and retrieving multiple vehicles simultaneously as well. If you need faster retrieval times, all we have to do is program an additional AGV robot off site and add it to your garage. Additionally, with the AGV system, we have the ability to provide computer simulations for your specific property to ensure we can meet your peak hour demands.
