reposting this commission i got from @neonjawbone a little while back! these are two characters from a sideblog that i'm working on shaping up to put into underbelly and i love them very much <3 the guy with the short hair is luther and the guy with the braid is cam and there's a lot going on with them just in general

#underbelly #cam mersharc #luther algers #SO. cam's a sea god who usually takes the form of a giant shark mermaid but can shapeshift #he was still getting the hang of Proper Human Form at this point in the timeline. he gets it worked out further down the line #they r in gay love but cam accidentally drowns luther and luther comes back as a vengeful spirit to haunt cam #but he can't enact his revenge by killing cam bc cam is immortal. so they just have to like work it out #cam runs a bar in the underbelly bc i think it's funny when an incredibly powerful and ancient being does something mundane and small #luther floats around as a ghost being a bit of a lovable nuisance #and any time cam is like 'babe can you stop throwing bottles at people you don't like' luther's like 'idk can you undrown me' #so cam goes 'well can you at least throw cheaper alcohol'
