I have a couple cans mostly .30 cal and .22 cans, I am looking to get a dedicated 5.56 can to beat the shit out of. With your experience shooting good shit should I get a Surefire or Dead air? or some other brand

5.56 Cans are a waste of time and money so I support this! I have a 556SD from Griffin Since when I went to go buy anything else it was all sold out. that being said, you should get a Surefire if you can find it for under 800 bucks and are ok with the weight and how loud it is. You could get a Sandman K and still use it across the board. I hate to admit to this but Saker 556′s are good cans, get a plan b from Q and fix the mount issue.

Suppressors?

Now that the HPA is all but officially dead, and I will have the funds, it’s time to get a 5.56 supressor. I was wondering what suggestions people have. It needs to be quick detach and preferably not overly long or heavy.

The front runners so far are the Surefire SOCOM2, the Silencerco Saker 5.56k and the Griffin Armament M4SD-K.

Mockup Monday

Doing a mockup for my next build that’ll be using the knurled AEM3 i have coming. Ditching the 13.0″ URX4 rail, chopping the BA 16″ Mod H barrel down even more, and using another 10.75″ URX4 rail for a mini-SPR build. Once it’s all said and done, it’ll be similar to this mockup, but not tano.
