In total, the Bitok’s operators conducted almost 8,000 transactions involving digital currencies for a total amount exceeding $29 million, a press release detailed. The officials in Minsk also pointed out that the suspects used anonymization tools, SIM cards registered under fake identities, and accounts on foreign crypto platforms which allowed them to stay under the radar. Crypto Exchanger Continues Operations Amid Ongoing Investigation

Despite the detention of his accomplices and their prosecution, Vladislav Kuchinsky continued to run the online exchanger, advised clients to ignore calls from law enforcement, and attempted to withdraw funds from the frozen accounts. Belarus has now issued an international arrest warrant for the owner of Bitok and charged him with tax evasion in absentia. The Investigative Committee emphasized that the operation of the crypto trading service was illegal as it was not duly registered as a resident of the Belarus High-Tech Park (HTP). The latter is responsible for implementing a special legal regime established to facilitate the development of the country’s digital economy, including its crypto sector. Belarus legalized business activities related to crypto assets with a decree signed by President Alexander Lukashenko in 2017, which went into force in the spring of the following year. It introduced tax breaks and other incentives for companies dealing with digital currencies that register with the HTP in Minsk. Although last spring Lukashenko hinted at a possible tightening of the rules for the industry and ordered the establishment of a crypto wallet register, and despite a ban on the use of bitcoin for payments, Belarus ranked third in Eastern Europe in terms of crypto adoption, largely due to strong peer-to-peer activity, as indicated by the Crypto Adoption Index produced by the blockchain analytics firm Chainalysis. Y'all okay so I wanna ramble on about my really difficult trip from the new moon. So like it was a new moon in Libra the night I dosed and like Libra is an air sign so they are extremely cerebral and balancing in their energy. Being the sign of the scales they also call whatever is out of balance back into balance and tbh since that trip I've been taking decent care of myself and my mood has been really stable and I haven't been very depressed. With it being a new moon it's a time to set intentions so basically I got my shit rebalanced and the opportunity to manifest better habits. Granted I did a week long protocol of 5-htp for the sake of helping rebalance my serotonin but honestly even though I got stuck in my head and had a panic attack, I really did benefit from that experience in the long run. Wild how astrology affects psychedelic trips. I'm not surprised cause ur more susceptible to the energies but I'm just amazed and fascinated by how intense it can be.

first, thank you so much for reading!!!! I’m sorry it has taken me a bit to answer this. I almost never get asks and this got lost in the shuffle because I’m usually just on my phone and not the laptop.

for HTP recs...oh man. There’s definitely a “better” and “worse” scale of fics, in regards to light HTP all the way to the dead doves and truly depraved (in the best of ways ;) )

I’d say, without a doubt, my absolute top rec would be Fire and Water for Your Love by @dragongirlg-fics and the entire Through The Dark series. And then read all their other works. ;)

If you want more stuff towards the extreme end of the spectrum, anything by @buckybleeds (on ao3 here) and @defilerwyrm (ao3 here) are just simply delicious.

Another great long HTP fic I’d recommend is Undeniable Plausibility by Cephalopodsalad17 and the series it’s part of, makes me think there’s some truth in it.

also, there’s a great collection of Hydra trash here, for the Hydra Holiday Trash Exchange 2019. I’d suggest browsing collections, there’s a few HTP collections out there that should give you lots of great fics to read!
