#logxx #I've had near-raw steak before and that's always very good. #Other than that I like pork sometimes and chicken can be good depending on how you cook it #Duck is almost always good #Boar CAN be good if you're able to mitigate the chewiness #Venison is good esp in sausages #Ostrich is. (actual monkfish not shark) #Salmon is eh raw but good cooked esp w chutney #Mahi mahi is good #I like trout but I hate picking out the bones and I'm always super unlucky with them so I get bones in my fillets always #Other than that I don't feel strongly about fish
