#I'm doing research on reference usage in a foreign language #like whether non-native speakers are more specific than native speakers so they'll say ''the mother bird'' instead of just ''the bird'' etc #anyway #a Number. of people. narrate these stories (which are told from text-less 6 panel comics) entirely in the first person #as if they and the interviewer are there. #the problem is that ''I'' and ''You'' are Completely irrelevant to me #but I do need to write them down bc they're pronouns and bc Occasionally they fill in dialog for the animals in the story #so after I've finished this shit I need to like write up notes and what not #ughhhhh
