beyond admitting that he does things to impress guillermo nandor’s relationship to guillermo has not changed at all. while the other vampires have slowly treated him more as an equal through keeping his secrets, not actively wanting him to die, sharing combat with him…nandor is fundamentally unable to move beyond their old relationship structure. he is the one MOST entrenched in the purity of the master/familiar relationship. i’m unwell
