Hello! I'm sorry to bother you, but, uhm, I'm new to the TOArise fandom, and lately I've been reading a lot of works on Ao3 (Alphionne my beloved). Apparently, there was some official content that came along with the anniversary parties..? For instance, there was this fic based on "Alphen confessing to Shionne after a whole year" thing from the Anniversary party?? I would really like to know more about it, but I have no idea where to even start looking lol. So,,, yeah. Sorry again, and have a lovely day!!

Oh it's a pleasure to (try to) answer as I rarely get asks 😊 for Arise's first anniversary there was an event in Japan that fans could attend called Anipa. For this event new official drawings came out with the Arise party wearing black and white fancy party outfits, perhaps you've seen those? And at the event there were skits performed by the voice actors. Unfortunately there was no recording of the event so we have to rely on fans recounting the story, plus an extra layer of translation if we don't understand Japanese. *I think* Alphen and Shionne's story was that he was worried about confessing to her that he still didn't after a year.

You can do a web search of "Tales of Arise First Anniversary Party" to see the outfits. If you want to brave looking through a bunch of Japanese tweets, I guess you try to search for "アルシオ　アニパ" (translates to "Arushio/AlShio Anipa") on Twitter. If so I would also try using the advanced search to look for tweets on or after September 25, 2022. Personally I didn't go to deep and relied mostly on what English fans were saying.

Notes: I was poking around JP twt for AlShio and it seems today (12/12) is "Dozen Roses Day" and they're celebrating it with the pairing. I don't really know what's going on, but it gave me ideas, and so I'm participating in the cuteness~

She shook herself out of it and let out a far less happy, far more exhausted sigh. “Well, I better get back to work for now. Here’s hoping they’ll be waiting for me at home.” Alphen couldn’t help his curiosity. He was supposed to be shopping for dinner ideas, but what he’d overheard had intrigued him. The second girl felt his stare and looked at him, then grinned widely and waved, “Hey there, Alphen! Did you hear that?” “I heard some of it. What’s this ‘special day’ you mentioned, Lagill? Some kind of holiday?”

I started thinking about Alphen and Shionne being the "cool" house and Renan and Dahnan children constantly dropping in and hanging out with them, and that idea evolved into sadness like, what if zeugles attacked the farms and one of the kids became an orphan, and then AlShio adopt them, and maybe THAT can be the overarching story for that fic I've been stuck on trying to come up with a story for
