    It wasn’t such a complex situation, the idea of other realms wasn’t a new concept to the young Ylissean princess. Yet regardless of the familiarity she felt at being in a world she didn’t know, it was still overwhelming. She’d never stepped foot in a world like this, nor one that seemed to implement it’s knowledge onto her. She wasn’t sure how, but information she knew she never possessed flowed freely through her mind as if she’d known all along. It was unsettling to say the least and she dare not try and fathom how it was all possible. She understands her position at least; that she and another shared a bond as it were, a partnership but she was missing the other half of this alliance and she was very much alone in this endeavour. A feeling she was all too familiar with, and she finds herself wishing for the companionship of her comrades. To top it all off it appeared she’d arrived here at a bad time; very much unlike her descent into the past. 

    Yet not all seemed so bleak when a very familiar face crosses her path as she seeks her living quarters. There’s a strange mix of feelings when their eyes meet; relief mostly but a sadness paints itself across her heart. She’d left so abruptly and quietly, with nothing but words to her younger self that she would lead a happy life, not a word was spoken to her parents. It was the second time she’d not said goodbye to them. Part of her felt guilty about her departure, when the future was saved and her mother returned, but she simply couldn’t bear it nor could she place the decision on their shoulders.

    “Mother—!” She approaches swiftly, quick to wrap her arms around her; much tighter than she meant to. Although she attempts to act normal, as if this were any other time for them, her bright smile belies her anxious heart. “I...I’m so relieved to see you,” both here in this foreign world and as a whole as she never did wish to part from her. But it couldn’t be about what she selfishly wanted. “Tell me,” she says after a moment of simply basking in her mothers embrace, pulling back slightly. “Have they harmed you in any way? Have you been well? How long have you been here? Surely father must be worried sick!” She blurts out continuously; she was known to be overprotective when it came to her parents after all.

The sun finally rose from the horizon, crawled above the buildings, and dyed the sky its usual blue. Susanoo grew bored of cursing his sister the night before, and spent the rest of the night exploring his sister’s newest creation. He had yet to find his “master,” but he was not about to go out the way to find them. There was a faint sensation in his mind that told him his master was still “existing,” so they did not concern him. When they would eventually meet, he will put them in their place; they would have to prove they were worth his time, or he would be on his way.

He walked along the streets of the residential district, the points of his feet scrapping against the concrete. The mane of hair flowed behind him in a gentle breeze; his tail slowly swayed from side to side. He saw the creatures around him in their weak form. They were occupied with their mundane activities. How he desired to make them kneel and destroy their land…

But no, if he was truly tied to a “master” and his actions impacted them as well, any unnecessary action would hinder his goal. Susanoo let out a low growl as he realized he would have to hold himself back. He was limited again, and back to square one. Picking fights and destroying what he willed would make his “master” a target. His only wish was for his “master” to be capable, able-bodied, able to sustain blows from Susanoo himself.

Lost in his thoughts, the god did not notice the being near him. It was not until they were at his precise location that he became aware. They were behind. Too close. Out his sight. He moved his tail in instinct, not to damage. Disengage. Remove them from his presence.

“Begone!”

Stealing A Meal

  It was time for lunch and Kofuku was rather hungry. Unfortunately she had forgotten her wallet in her place, leaving her absolutely broke for the day. She could very well just go to her place to get it but instead she had a better idea. Spotting a fellow teacher nearby, Kofuku makes her way over. “Hey Robin. Whatcha eating?” she asks with a smile as she sits herself across from him. She was hoping her charm would grant her some free food. Hopefully today is her lucky day.

as i mentioned to each person individually, you’re in the group to help each other out and find the succubus. students, if you roll the ‘i found the succubus’ prompt, tell the rest of the group -- if you hide it from them and takumi finds out, he will not be a very happy boy. you’re going to probably be risking your life to fight the lovesick and protect each other. if you’re in danger, make sure you take care of yourself first, as this group and its members should probably be one of the most important things to you. and robin, please try to make sure nobody dies.

if anyone is uncomfortable with others in this mini group or feels uncomfortable doing a group thread, let me know and i’ll make adjustments. the group thread will happen if/when someone in the group gets the ‘i found the succubus’ prompt.

Welcome to Hiraeth Academy. Due to your great accomplishments in your own world, we have taken the liberty of summoning you here to Hiraeth in hopes that you will aid us in shaping the minds of those less experienced with their special abilities. We ask that you please report to the Headmistress’s office after reading this letter, so that you can receive a full briefing of what is expected of you. We are certain that your prowess with Ignis and Rally Spectrum will benefit those attending our academy. You will become their instructor, a guiding hand that will lead them down what we hope will be the right path.

You will be housed in our specialized staff housing, in room A-102, located in a building separate from the school, tucked away on the western side of campus. After you have seen to visiting the Headmistress, you are welcome to visit there any time to replenish your energy and have a break from teaching.
