#my art #some of the characters in starlightverse are so color coded to me still #and it's partially bc at one point the magic system literally assigned people colors #it's funny bc now in my head Alya is blue (dull turquoisey) and red (dark purplish) #tbh I think the color changed when I changed her name (she used to be Ali) #for a long long time she was this bright violet color #and silver #<< a color scheme which I think came from the silver toy wand with a purple ribbon I had #fun fact when we would play ''the magic game'' where we basically had powers and went to wizard school #my character for that was the earliest version of Alya #and Kirsta is based on my older sister's character whose name was Gwen I think? #she had a bronzey colored wand with a green ribbon and anyway Kirsta is still green to me #Ooh now I want to draw some of my really old ocs from when I was a kid
