Hizashi apparently lives in Hot for Teacher because I want Kakashi to have a dad friend that he can make snide comments back and forth with and I find the thought of Kakashi having a lowkey bestie that looks like his absolute opposite (polite, professional, the kind of man you can take home to your parents and they would be instantly sold on you getting married within the week) hilarious tbh.

Just the two of them trading double sided comments back and forth about everyone else while they wait for the kids to finish dance or martial arts.
