If pro-lifers really care about babies and mothers, they should have STARTED with making sure America was as mother-friendly and child-friendly as possible. They should have been fighting just as hard for welfare programs. For logical gun safety laws. For safe environments in public and in schools. For better working wages. For mothers to be paid just as much as men. For subsidized housing. For universal healthcare. THEN and ONLY THEN, once these were won in the courts, could they be taken even a fraction seriously. Because if repealing abortion rights is your first step, you have ZERO logical ground to stand on. Everything you say you stand for falls apart at the seams and it’s glaring obvious to everyyyyyone.
