Scaredy cat reader who wants to indulge in katsuki’s taste so they insist on letting him pick whatever he wants for movie night and not just pick something he thinks reader won’t be scared of. Except the film was much gorier than reader expected and reader is now insisting on showering together that night, totally bc showering together is romantic!! Definitely not bc at any moment someone could open the shower curtain with a knife!! Bc duhh they’re not reallll duhhhh!!!

HOPE THIS MAKES SENSE

Hoooo my god, yes, cuz even tho he always, ALWAYS insists that you pick something for both of you, when you go to the video store together (or check his streaming lists), you can't help but notice the way he lingers in the horror section and sometimes even picks stuff to watch on his own.

And you've spent sooo much time begging him to pick what he wants to for movie night, saying that you don't mind on occasion because you want it to be special for him, too (cuz lord knows how many times he's sat through Trolls with you, absolutely MISERABLE but always happy to see you happy)...

(I can imagine you both in the store, him wearing the pensive face he makes when he doesn't want to make a decision that might upset you, looking between the latest blockbuster and some ancient, horrific horror movie he's been meaning to watch for ages.

And you're next to him, promising you don't mind, all: "katsuki, let's just watch it! i want to, cuz i won't be all that scared with you there :)" and him finally going "okayyyyyy, if you say so, sweets" while bringing it up to counter...)

BUT EXACTLY LIKE YOU SAY, ai, you end up TERRIFIED and honestly kind of scared of the dark when the movie is over and Bakugo's turning off the lights while you're getting ready for bed... just thinking to himself he's such an ass for giving in and letting that happen...

...Right up until you jump when he enters the bathroom while you're showering to grab your clothes for the laundry........... and he realizes that maybe the best way to make it up to you would be by giving you something else to focus on by plowing you in the shower

(He strips off his clothes and reaches behind the shower curtain to grab you, lifting you up into his arms as you squeal, half out of surprise + half out of anticipation for what's next. And he's flipping you around with a growl that sounds just like the one he uses at work, except this time, more intimate for you as he can already feel your loins and you can feel the way... he's also coming to life between his legs, too .)

Then you're really scared (but only for the backache you know you'll have when you wake-up LOL)
