#to write a cringe teenager you must first be a cringe teenager... #notart #admittedly i dont think my discussion of stuff is that realistic bc i am a sucker for some high school media tropes #but some stuff is fun to be accurate about! #anyway #'how cringe are we talking' the embarrassment is too much. like genuinely embarrassing stuff i cant relive this... #when i was 14 in chemistry class we had to solve a problem together as a class #and i got so annoyed at everyone i literally stood up from my seat and wrote the equation we should use on the board and went 'JUST DO THIS' #and then afterwards the teacher was like 'uh. that is NOT how you do teamwork' and i felt like killing myself instantly #one of many awful memories... 100% arrogant 100% no social skills 100% latent anxiety issues #anyway this is why i'm usually sympathetic to a lot of teenagers. cannot imagine being like that and having social media too
