..Then let's change course; no need to dwindle on the doctor if it'll bring forth uncomfort. How about we talk about something pleasant?
How about Miss Pleasance? She seems to keep your spirits up- how's she been?
Or have you gotten into any new books lately? I'v'n't read it, but The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe has sounded interesting, and deals with a 'new' world- similar to Alice in Wonderland, do you think?

"Oh, Miss Pleasance! Yes!" His face lit up at that, pure unadulterated joy. That was to say if joy could have been filtered to begin with, which was a very odd concept for the hatter to grasp.
Really, the man wasn't one to be aware or fond of filtered emotion. Why should he? That's almost as absurd as a pocket being correct more than twice a day!
"She is really wonderful, I cannot wait for you t9 meet her! We were talking the other day, when I took her around Gotham, about Wonderland and I managed to dance with her and just this morning I was thinking to surprise her once more!" The man rambled.
"Oh. But the tea party! The tea party indeed! I am elated! Ecstatic! I do hope she enjoys the company! She's been so awfully sad and tired that I'd only want the best for her --"
Hatta stopped himseld, quelled the glee and with a timid chuckle he cleared his throat. "I - I'm afraid with your other enquieries I wouldn't know. I tended to... never stray from Wonderland. Oh! But do tell me how it is if you do read about Witches and Wardrobes!"
