Nearly 9am and I've already written over 2k today. Most of it was an argument between Nora and Ambrose. He's been distancing himself because of prior events, choosing to blame Nora and her brother out of sheer need because he cannot handle the weight of the consequences on his own.

He still cares about Nora and goes to her side when she's scared, but is otherwise pulling away. Finally, Nora goes to him and asks to know why.

And so they argue. And it ends with him asking her, as the future queen, to share his burdens. And Nora promises to try, despite knowing she will never be his wife.

I have no idea if I got the flow of the argument right. I suppose I'll find out when my crit group reaches that far in my story.
